This section walks new users through account setup, profile configuration, and first-time actions within QuickCrew. It is divided by platform:

• PH App: Production House Setup
• CM App: Crew Member Setup

🏗️ Production House Setup

For Executive Producers, Line Producers, and PMs using the Production House App

Step 1: Register Your Organisation

1. Open the Production House app or desktop portal.
   1. Click Sign Up and enter:
      • Email and password
      • Organisation details (trading name, type, registration info)
      • Contact details for verification
   2. Accept the platform Terms & Conditions.
   3. Submit for verification.

Note: You can begin exploring the app, but full job functionality is locked until verification is complete.

Step 2: Verify Your Organisation

• Upload supporting documentation:
  • Company registration
  • Tax number / VAT certificate
  • Proof of address
• Once verified by QuickCrew Admins, you’ll receive an approval confirmation.

Step 3: Add Team Members

1. Navigate to Organisation Settings > Members.
2. Invite EPs, LPs, or PMs by email.
3. Assign roles:
   • Organisation Owner
   • Admin
   • Viewer
   • Crew (non-admin internal staff)

Step 4: Complete Your PH Profile

• Fill in:
  • Company bio and market segments
  • Contact information
  • Media (images and embedded video)
  • Public portfolio
• This profile will be visible to CMs during booking.

Step 5: Create Your First Job

• Click “Create Job” on your dashboard
• Input:
  • Job name, type, and dates
  • Shooting location
  • Overtime allowances
• Proceed to schedule activities, assign designations, and begin searching for crew.

🎥 Crew Member Setup

For freelance crew using the QuickCrew CM App

Step 1: Register & Verify Your Account

1. Download the QuickCrew App from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Tap Register Here and follow the prompts:
   • Enter email and create a password
   • Verify via the email link
3. Complete your profile:
   • Full name and phone number
   • Add designations (you can select multiple)
   • Upload a profile picture
   • Choose your city/base

Step 2: Upload Verification Documents

• Navigate to My Account > Upload Documents
• Submit:
• Verification typically completes within 24 hours. You’ll receive a notification once your account is fully active.

Once you're visible to Production Houses, you'll begin receiving job requests via the app — ready to accept, reject, or negotiate directly.
